Shilpakar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. began in 2009 when our founder, a civil engineer with a decade of site experience, built his first independent house in Rajajinagar. That family recommended us to their neighbours — and most of our work still comes the same way.
Today we are a registered private limited company with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors and over 150 skilled tradespeople. We've grown, but the way we work hasn't changed: every project has a named engineer, every rupee is accounted for, and every handover is something we'd be happy to live in ourselves.
