01 The challenge
A narrow east-facing 30×50 plot with neighbours on three sides left little room for light.
02 Our solution
We stacked the bedrooms in a cantilevered upper volume and cut a sunken courtyard into the centre of the plan to pull daylight and cross-ventilation into every room.
